400 g pasta | 250 g mascarpone | 1 garlic clove | 1 pot fresh basil | 30 g baby spinach | 1 dl parmigiano reggiano
boil the pasta
mix everything together in a blender. taste and add salt & pepper.
warm slowly the pesto in a pan. add the pasta.
plate, add some more parmigiano reggiano, voilà
